Delivery

Delivery service provider: La Poste Colissimo, UPS, Mondial Relay or Chronopost

You have the choice between 3 delivery methods:

• At your home or any other address of your choice in mainland France (Colissimo or UPS)
• At a relay point (Mondial Relay or Chronopost)
• In our 2 stores located in Paris:
  • Our Magenta Chaussures store located at 158 Boulevard Magenta, 75010, Paris, France.

Prices are calculated automatically based on your shopping cart. You can estimate your delivery costs directly from your basket before purchasing.

*Delivery to a relay point is free for all orders over €100 for which the delivery price is less than €5.

*Free delivery is only valid for orders delivered in Metropolitan France.



Time limit

*The delivery times indicated during your purchase are given for information purposes only and do not constitute a contractual commitment. Variations may occur depending on circumstances.*

Once your order has been placed, a delay of 24 hours is necessary for the preparation of the order.
Home delivery takes place within 24 to 48 hours (working days) for France and within 3 to 4 days for delivery to a relay point.

Your order is processed as soon as it is validated, from Tuesday to Saturday. Therefore, orders placed on Saturday afternoon, Sunday and Monday will be shipped the following Tuesday.
