From Tuesday to Saturday, we ship all our orders within 24 hours. Add to this the estimated delivery time, which will depend on the delivery service you have chosen (usually between 2 and 5 days).

Q: “What are the different delivery methods?”

You choose your delivery method when placing your order. We offer various delivery services, such as Chronopost, UPS, Mondial Relay or even Colissimo. You therefore have the option of having your order delivered to your home or to a relay point in order to save money.

Q: “How do I choose my relay point?”

You can choose your relay point at the end of the order. After finalizing your purchase you will access an order confirmation page where you will be asked to choose a relay point (Be careful not to close the tab before selecting your relay point).

Q: “How do I change my relay point?”

If you are not satisfied with the chosen relay point or if you were unable to select a relay point, you can always access your order page (in your customer account page after logging in) in order to change the relay point.
Please note: changing the relay point can only be done within 5 minutes of placing the order
