You can buy shoes from us through this website, by adding items to your basket and then following the ordering instructions.


You can also purchase items from our store or call us to place an order.
Coming on site will firstly allow you to have a better overview of the items, but you will also be able to try the items on before buying them, in order to ensure their quality and comfort.
Your satisfaction is important to us, that's why we offer to return your item to us free of charge in order to exchange it or refund it to you.

From Tuesday to Saturday, we send all our orders within 24 hours. Add to this the estimated delivery time, which will depend on the delivery service you have chosen (usually between 2 and 5 days).
You choose your delivery method when ordering.
We offer various delivery services, such as Chronopost, UPS, Mondial Relay or even Colissimo.
You therefore have the option of having it delivered to your home or to a relay point in order to save money.
Our main store is located at 158 ​​Boulevard Magenta, 75010, Paris. There you can find our Remonte, Gabor, Folie's, English Classics stocks and our Grande et Jolie stock. The physical part also offers a variety of shoe choices from all brands for anyone of any age.
There is a temporary secondary store which is located at 58 rue Meslay, 75003, Paris. The products found there are Tamaris, Rieker and Mephisto brands.

You can contact us in different ways if you need us.
Telephone support is available Tuesday to Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
You can also contact us by email contact@magentachaussure.com or come see us on site in our store.

Choose a Relay point / Make a return

You can choose your relay point at the end of your order. After finalizing your purchase you will access an order confirmation page where you will be asked to choose a relay point (Be careful not to close the tab before having selected your relay point).


If you are not satisfied with the chosen relay point or you were unable to select a relay point, you can always access your order page (in your customer account page after logging in ) in order to modify the relay point as below.


If the item you ordered must be returned, you can make a return request yourself from the external Rever platform, accessible via our footer or via this link: https://returns.byrever.com/ magenta



You can therefore request a return by following the instructions.
Note that you will then need to print the shipping label in order to stick it on the return package.
To create a customer account or connect to your existing account, simply click on “Connect”.




You will then be asked to enter your email address. A 6-digit confirmation code will be sent to you by email. Once the code is entered, you will be redirected to your customer account, where you can access your order history and make return requests.
